You are responsible for your account, for keeping credentials secure, and for activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information and use the service in compliance with applicable law.

3. Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

4. Service availability

We work to keep the service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features described as planned may change.

5. Intellectual property

InletOps retains all rights to the service and its software. You retain all rights to your data and content processed through the service.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited as set out in your agreement with us.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the platform.
